How many of us feel inferior, unworthy and insignificant?
How do we navigate our feelings while dealing with the nuisances life throws at us in our relationships, academic pursuits and work environments?
How do we move beyond our low threshold of self love that demands we question our value?
Anna Marie Quindlen, author, journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner agrees that we do not have to fall into the trap -- the revolving door of feelings of insecurity and mediocrity. It's time we tire of logging around negativity towards ourselves and proclaim, WE ARE ENOUGH.
Take this challenge with me; let's counter every self deprecating thought with three simple words, until we mean it and believe it, I AM ENOUGH. This is one situation where I am advocating for a little self-brainwashing therapy. We deserve to start each day with squared shoulders, lifted chins and complete confidence.
How do you confront your negative feelings?
I do whimsy, Kirby-JC
